This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Varde Labs website (vardelabs.com), including digital products and consulting services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

## 2. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products (such as playbooks, guides, templates, and downloadable files) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on these purchases.

We encourage you to review the product description, included materials, and any preview content before purchasing.

## 3. Services

Consulting engagements, reviews, and other services are scoped and agreed upon before work begins. Refunds for services are not available once work has commenced. If you need to cancel a scheduled engagement before any work has been performed, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

## 4. Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate transaction)
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or downloading the product
- The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the purchase page

If any of these apply, reach out within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.

To submit a refund request, email us at hello@vardelabs.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
